Code

The National Ethical Rules for Advertising and Commercial Communication are based on the Consolidated ICC Code of Advertising and Marketing Communications. The Code is applicable to any form of advertising and marketing communication, which is to be taken in the broadеst sense, and covers all communication channels: TV, cinema, radio, outdoor, print, direct marketing, internet as well as new technologies for marketing communication.

 

Complaints handling

The NCSR handles complaints from competitors, consumers and other interested parties. All complaints are handled free of charge. Complaints must be submitted in writing, by post or via the on-line complaints form on the NCSR website with details of the advertisement concerned.

 

Copy advice/pre-clearance

The NCSR does not provide copy advice or pre-clearance.
