The scope of the Code of Advertising Practice of the Slovak Republic applies to all marketing communications, including Internet, SMS and MMS advertising.

Complaints handling

The RPR handles complaints from both consumers and competitors, free of charge in either case.

Copy advice/pre-clearance

The RPR provides copy advice for a fee. The advice is provided by the Arbitration Committee and is not binding on the advertiser. The RPR does not pre-clear advertisements.
