Complaints handling

Complaints can be filed by anyone. Consumer complaints are always handled free of charge, but there is a basic fee for other complaints, which the Ro. can - and often does - decide to waive. There are no formal requirements for the complaint. To avoid misunderstandings it should, however, be in writing (e.g. by e-mail). Consumers are requested to identify clearly any marketing activity they wish to complain about and to indicate why they feel it is objectionable.

Copy advice/pre-clearance

The Ro. does offer non-binding copy advice free of charge. Pre-clearence of advertisements is not offered.
