The European Advertising Standards Alliance (EASA) is looking for an "Office Administration Stagiaire" to work with the Director of Operations (DO) and the Finance Coordinator (FC). EASA is a non-profit organisation which promotes and supports advertising self-regulation in Europe and beyond, and it has a small, friendly team. Tasks and Responsibilities - the role of the Office Administration Stagiaire will focus on the daily office routine and other miscellaneous tasks, to include but not be limited to the following responsibilities: Assisting the DO on existing miscellaneous Administrative and HR Contracts Database entry (bookkeeping and other data) and easy bookkeeping tasks under the supervision of the FC Follow-up on office administration issues Follow-up deadlines for preparing and sending the financial books to the accountants for quarterly VAT payment Assisting in organisation and logistics of meetings Miscellaneous follow-ups (e-mails or telephone calls) Ordering supplies Filing, archiving Profile - The candidate should be educated to degree standard in the administrative field, have an interest in developing skills for Office Administration and Management and be at a native level of spoken and written English, a good knowledge of French (additional European languages are considered an asset), as well as: Excellent organisational skills Quick learner Capable to carrying out easy administrative tasks without supervision Capable to take initiative in the smooth running of easy administrative tasks Computer literate; confident user of office applications such as MS Word, Excel, e-mail and calendar applications We offer €450 a month and a monthly STIB card (unlimited public transport card throughout Brussels). As well as this we offer an interesting and multilingual working environment in which you can gain experience in office management of a small but busy international team. The position is available from 3 June 2013 for a period of 6 months. There is the possibility that one day training will be held before 3 June.
