Complaints handling

ASB responds to written complaints from consumers and competitors, which can be submitted through an on-line complaints form on the ASB website.

Copy advice/pre-clearance

The ASB does not provide copy advice or pre-clearance. However, in Australia, bodies other than the ASB pre-clear: all television advertising; some alcohol advertising; and the advertising of some therapeutic goods.
