The scope of  the Brazilian Advertising Self-Regulation Code applies to all media.

Complaints handling

The Ethics Committee of Conar Brazil accepts complaints from consumers and competitors, provided that they are in writing and the complainant is identified. Complaints can also be submitted using an on-line complaint form ("Reclamações") on the Conar website.

Copy advice/pre-clearance

Non-binding copy advice is available, free of charge, exclusively to members, both on the general interpretation of the code and on specific advertisements.

Conar Brazil does not pre-clear advertisements.
