The scope of  the The Code for Self-regulation in Advertising applies to all media.

Complaints handling

The Consumer Complaints Council of the ASCI examines and investigates complaints received from the general public, government authorities, consumers and industry regarding any alleged breach of the Code for Self-regulation in Advertising. Complaints can be made through an on-line complaint form on the ASCI website.

Copy advice/pre-clearance

Non-binding copy advice is provided to all ASCI members free of charge. 

ASCI does not provide pre-clearance.
