Report No. 36– January to July 2006

This report contains details of 60 cross-border complaints cases handled by the EASA’s cross-border complaints system and closed during the period January to July 2006. 54 of these relate to allegations of misleadingness (M), 2 to allegations of offensiveness (O), and 4 to allegations of illegality (ILL).

The media concerned are direct mail (53 cases), internet and e-mails (5 cases), and press (2 cases).
