EASA has organised several self-regulation ‘Roadshows’, which are programmes of conferences held throughout Europe to bring all relevant national stakeholders up to date with new initiatives in advertising self-regulation.

This is done to create a greater sense of community and commitment among advertising industry members to the need for stronger and more rigorous adherence to national self-regulatory codes and to introduce new statistics to highlight the progress achieved and the challenges still facing self-regulation in Europe. In 2003 EASA’s Roadshow visited Spain, Austria, France, Hungary and The Netherlands. In 2004 it went to Ireland, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Turkey, Belgium, Czech Republic as well as the Baltic states and in 2005 EASA toured around Romania.
