Complaints handling

The Ethics Committee of Conar Chile accepts complaints from consumers and competitors, provided that they are in writing and the complainant is identified. Complaints can also be submitted using an on-line complaint form on the Conar website.

Conar Chile does neither provide a copy advice nor pre-clearance service.
