  • IAP handles complaints from consumers, competitors and other interested parties

    • Consumers – Free
    • Competitors – 3,500 (IAP members) and 4,000 (non-members)
  • Complaints must be submitted via an online form or in writing

Copy advice

  • Copy advice is available to all.
  • Fees: a full list of tariffs can be found on IAP's website, here 
  • Feedback is given within no more than 5 working days, with an average of 1-3 days. IAP can also offer an “express copy advice” within 24 hours.
