EASA Autumn Biannual Meetings in Warsaw, hosted by Rada Reklamy – Thank you for joining us!
20 October 2026
From October 14 to October 16, the EASA network gathered in Warsaw for the EASA Autumn Biannual Meetings. A genuine thank you to all of you for attending. We hope you had a great time and enjoyed the discussions.
The first day began with a Welcome Dinner, a relaxed opportunity for members to reconnect ahead of the programme.
The second day opened with the host welcome from Rada Reklamy, which also marked its 20th anniversary. It was followed by the session “Beyond EASA: Game On, Responsibility Included”, with a keynote from Dirk Bosmans (PEGI) on the PEGI system. He explained that, although new rules may be needed to respond to changes in the wider ecosystem, the underlying principles remain consistent, an approach also followed by EASA’s self-regulatory organisation members. A panel discussion with SRO members followed, and we also heard perspectives from the cosmetics, sports nutrition and food supplements sectors on the value of the advertising self-regulatory network. In the afternoon, during the Industry Roundtable “Living Under Scrutiny” we also heard perspectives from the cosmetics, sports nutrition and food supplements sectors on the value of the advertising self-regulatory network and the Self-Regulatory Committee kept the discussion going, followed by the EASA Pressure Points Lab. The day concluded with the Gala Dinner at InFormal Kitchen and the Best Practice Awards ceremony, presented this year in memory of Lucas Boudet, our late Director General. Céline Manac’h joined us to present the awards and pay tribute to him. Congratulations to all the winners!
The third and last day started with the Board of Directors meeting and the General Assembly. After the networking lunch, the focus shifted to policy and forward-looking regulatory debates, with a keynote from Anna Herold, Head of Unit, Audiovisual and Media Policy at the European Commission. This was followed by presentations from AUTOCONTROL and IAB Poland on their influencer certification programme, and a policy session covering influencer marketing, the evaluation of the AVMSD and the role of effective advertising self-regulation. The meetings concluded with a social activity at the Polish Vodka Museum.
A huge and special thanks to Rada Reklamy for hosting and organising these meetings. These gatherings are vital for sharing knowledge, strengthening collaboration and shaping the future of our work together. See you in Brussels in March!
