EASA Spring Biannual Meetings in Paris, hosted by ARPP – Thank you for joining us!

On April 24-25, the EASA network reunited in Paris for the 2025 Spring Biannual Meetings. A genuine thank you to all of you for attending. We hope you had a great time and enjoyed the discussions.
Day 1 took place in a wonderful location – the Tour Eiffel, where the Autorité de Régulation Professionnelle de la Publicité (ARPP) warmly welcomed all EASA members and external guests. Right after, we dove straight into the hot topics shaping the advertising ecosystem. During the industry roundtable, we discussed the question of “What AI means for the advertising industry?” —and how EASA and SROs can step up to support. From big questions to bold ideas, the discussion lit a spark that continued into the Self-Regulatory Committee, where we saw exciting updates and shared challenges from the SRO community. We wrapped up the day celebrating the 90th birthday of the Meetings’ host, ARPP, enjoying a pleasant dinner in another stunning location, on a boat in the Seine.
On day 2 EASA members attended witnessed a very inspiring policy session. Insightful presentations about the EASA adEthics programme and the influencer training of Deutscher Werberat were followed by a panel discussion about the AVMSD implementation, evaluation, and the role of ad self-regulation, with the valued participation of our guests Marta Sanagustin (DG Connect) and Carlos Aguilar (CNMC, Chairman of EBMS). Afterwards, Google France and ARPP co-presented a stimulating session on the automation of TV preclearance and influencer monitoring processes using the Google Gemini LLM. We concluded the Biannual Meetings with a social activity – a culturally enriching guided tour of Notre Dame.
A huge and special thanks to ARPP for hosting and organising this year’s spring meetings. These gatherings are vital for sharing knowledge, strengthening collaboration, and shaping the future of our work together. See you in Berlin in October!
