Stacy Feuer, Assistant Director, International Consumer Protection, U.S. Federal Trade Commission

She is the Assistant Director for International Consumer Protection at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, a bipartisan law enforcement agency with a unique dual mission to protect consumers and promote competition. Ms. Feuer leads a team responsible for the FTC’s enforcement cooperation with foreign consumer protection and data privacy agencies. She also represents the agency in international policy organizations such as the OECD, APEC, and UNCTAD on a wide range of advertising, marketing, and privacy issues involving new and emerging technologies. Ms. Feuer has contributed extensively to self-regulatory issues domestically and abroad.

He is the Managing Partner of Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz since 2010 and is one of the leading advertising lawyers in the United States of America. He is a partner in the firm’s Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations Group and has extensive experience representing advertisers, advertising agencies, and media companies on advertising, branded entertainment, and intellectual property matters. He is also the Chairman of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance and is a member of the Board of the International Advertising Association and the Chair of the IAA’s Public Policy Council.
